Our team that is responsible to service customers in their product selection, ordering and after the sale service has a combined history in the mulch and soils business of over xxx years. Our experience is not one-dimensional, it’s not all about selling, it’s about servicing and how can we as a team make the Garden Pro experience the best for our customers.

Our sales staff can assist in forecasting, using prior year’s sales information and creating a shipping model to be sure you have the correct product at the correct time to meet consumer needs. Our sales staff has extensive product knowledge and can share with you from historical data consumer interest, what products and trends are hot, so you have balance in your orders.

Our Sales and Support Staff are led by President Steve Liffers who takes pride in building long term relationships with customers. Steve knows the industry as well as anyone, and his experience and guidance assists the Sales Team in providing the best service possible to customers. Steve is the consummate communicator, a skill that radiates throughout the entire organization, and makes Garden Pro the most accessible and reachable of any mulch and soil manufacturer. A Sales Team must be effective communicators, information flow is critical to a successful organization, that information from customers gets to the correct staff member who is in a position to make information actionable.
